Super
Fine, Medium Coarse continue uptrend
During
the week ended August 8, 2002 cotton prices continued showing gains.
In the Super Fine category, DCH-32 was the biggest gainer with a
rise of 534 points followed by both MCU-5 and Shankar-6 with 253
points each and MECH-1 with 85 points. In the Medium Coarse variety,
NHH-44 gained 141 points and SGJ-34 rose by 28 points.
