signs MOU with Nippon Keidanren of Japan

The
Confederation of Indian Industry has signed a MOU with Nippon Keidanren,
a Japanese economic organisation, to promote trade and investments
between the two countries. The MOU is expected to provide a framework
for sustainable cooperation between the business communities while
exploring opportunities for technology transfer, technological cooperation
and exchange of information. The MOU works towards the formalisation
of the informal working relationship between CII and Nippon Keidanren,
an organisation with 1,540 odd companies since 1996, a CII release
said here.
