Tunisia identifies textiles to increase bilateral trade
Tunisia, which is looking at attracting investments from India, and increasing bilateral trade between the two countries, has identified four main sectors of cooperation - textiles, new technologies, leather and automotive parts.

Enlarged EU to boost India-Europe trade: Caillouet
Enlargement of European Union, by admission of 10 countries including Poland, Hungary and Slovenia as members, would boost India’s exports to Europe and create favourable investment climate, the EU ambassador to India Mr Michel Caillouet said.

Thai-India trade agreement to be completed by Sept: Thaksin
A free trade agreement between Thailand and India is expected to be completed by September this year, providing a big boost in trade between the two Asian countries.

WTO releases world trade figures 2002
Driven by strong demand in the United States and the big Asian economies, merchandise trade grew by 2.5 per cent in 2002, up from a 1 per cent decline in 2001, according to the latest WTO figures.
