expresses concern over trade imbalance with India
Expressing concern over the growing trade imbalance between
US and India, outgoing US ambassador to India Mr Robert D Blackwill
said American exports to India have languished at low levels since
1997.
‘Made
in India’ show in Colombo

the proposal for a bilateral free trade agreement with India, to
help reduce the huge trade deficit against Dhaka, on an experimental
basis.

for developing a wide range of sectors including textiles, leather
