TAPS 2003 to be held in July at New Delhi

Catalyst Consultants (a division of S&A), who have been involved extensively in a variety of areas of garment wet processing by way of their value-added services, are now organising the Textile & Apparel Processing Symposium (TAPS) on Saturday, July 12, 2003 at Hotel Intercontinental Park Royal in New Delhi. Garment processing has lately been a subject of fancy by many in the industry, given the higher realisations that the process facilitates. However, the area of processing has been widely neglected from a point of view of giving it a professional boost. This hot topic of debate will be taken up in one of the Panel Discussions at TAPS-2003.

In addition to the two panel discussions that would be held at the symposium, TAPS-2003 will comprise of presentations by industry leaders both from within India and from the international arena. These would include technical discourses in terms of efficiency/productivity enhancements in laundries based on internationally accepted best practices, role of technology in a successful laundry operation, etc. TAPS-2003 will also throw light on new finishes from across the world, finish development strategies of successful brands and specialty finishes.
