Express textile index numbers of market prices of raw cotton
Super Fine, Medium Coarse show rising trend
During the week ended September 4, 2003, cotton prices showed
a rising trend. In the Super Fine category, MECH-1 gained 28 points, DCH-32
102 points and Shankar-6 28 points . In the Medium Coarse variety, SGJ-34 gained
40 points and NHH-44 gained 84 points while LRA-5166 lost 28 points.
