Textile scrips hit new highs on strong fundamentals
The Sensex zoomed passed 4700 points level during the week ended Thursday October 9 as FIIs pumped huge money into the Indian market.

Arvind Mills arm plans new plant at Bangalore
To capture the growing demand for premium and casual wear dresses and to increase its exports volume further, Arvind Brands, a retail and 100 per cent subsidiary of Arvind Mills, is setting up one more manufacturing facility in Bangalore with an estimated investment of Rs 18 crore.

IDBI to submit revised Binny rehab package to BIFR soon
Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) will soon submit a fresh plan to the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) for reviving the ailing southern textile giant, Binny.
