Express textile index numbers of market prices of raw
cotton
Super Fine, Medium Coarse continue declining trend
During the week ended June 17, 2004, cotton prices continued the declining
trend.
In the Super Fine category, Sahnkar-6 lost a whopping 241 points, MECH-1 lost
141 points and MCU-5 55 points.. In the Medium Coarse variety, LRA-5166 dropped
by 104 points, SGJ-34 56 points and NHH-44 fell by 140 points.
