Inspect knitted fabrics with CheckMaster - II KF from Paramount
 Fabric,
the most valuable resource for garment constitutes about 60% - 70% of the total
cost of a finished garment. Control of the quality of this input (fabric) is
the major concern for quality of the garment. For controlling the fabric quality
Paramount has introduced in market it’s latest fabric inspection machine
“CheckMaster - II KF for knitted fabric inspection. Special positively
driven mechanism ensures tensionless movement of the knitted fabric. All the
fabric defects (major/minor) can be visually detected. This equipment is suitable
for inspecting the knitted fabric in flat (Layered) form.
Description of CheckMaster - II KF
1. Viewing Area
72” x 24” size viewing area enables all types of fabrics (narrow &
wider) fabrics to be inspected accurately. The inspection area is sufficiently
illuminated from bottom & top, hence minimizing worker fatigue. All types
of fabrics (light as well as heavy fabrics) can be checked.
2. Front control panel
This is the exclusive feature of the machine for ease of operation and reduced
operator fatigue. It has switches, which enables the machine to run both in
forward reverse direction inching operation facilities. It is also having digital
fault counter for in-depth inspection of the faults present in the fabric. The
emergency switch enables i.e. stop the machine instantly when required.
