Flexiclean LB5/6
Flexi clean has been designed to handle higher production together with free
movement of fibres and fine cleaning. Since the machine has to handle different
fibres, flexibility is given with the following beaters:
a) Disc beater
b) Saw tooth beater
c) Pin type beater/needle beater
In the blow room line significantly emphasis is provided to take care of the
microdust through dedusting at every cleaning point.
Treating the fibres softly, gently and saving the raw material is the concept
of LMW’s Gentle Blow Room line.

Card LC300A
Well carded is half spun. Carding is the heart of spinning. This clearly shows
the role played by cards. LC300A is a new generation card, which effectively
does the carding, cleaning and gives a consistent sliver at higher delivery
speeds. It gives a very high nep removal efficiency due to the effective carding
zone, flat zone and stationary flat system combinations.
Consistent sliver quality is possible through highly reliable auto levelling
system, which takes care of feed weights of 350 to 1000 gms/mtr.
Effective micro-dust and trash extraction through new suction system.
