L Series material testing machine
Tinius Olsen with the experience of more than 125 years are acknowledged worldwide
as material testing specialist. In continuation to the commitment to serve better
Tinius Olsen material Testing specialists has launched the L-Series Universal
Testing Machine. The L Series of Materials Testing Machines have frame capacities
of 1kN, 5kN, 10kN or 25kN and are combined with a variety of grips and fixtures,
extensometers and application specific software to provide turnkey testing systems
that are designed to test a range of materials, including rigid plastics, plastic
films, rubber materials, textiles and fabrics, and yarns, in tension, compression,
flexure, shear and peel. These conform to international testing standards like
BS, ASTM, JIS, ISO & EN. The L series Material Testing Machines have applications
in different industries: Textile, rubber, plastics, fabrics, yarn, films, adhesives,
automotive, metals and many more.
Being a customer-oriented organization, AIMIL as their Indian partners is ready
to provide professional after-sales services including installation, maintenance,
warranty, operation training, technical consultation, calibration etc for the
same.

Multi-Fastest
Multi-Fastest is an analytical device designed to obtain quick responses on
the fastness of dyes on fabrics, yarns, knitwear, coated/resin finished products,
etc.
This device may be used to carry out numerous and varied fastness tests by dyeing
laboratories or clients themselves, the users of dyed textile materials, who
wish to verify quickly and safely the fastness properties of textile materials
before proceeding with cutting and manufacturing operations.
In dye- and printing-houses precautionary checks on the properties and fastness
of materials to be processed or that have already been dyed are extremely important
as they circumvent unpleasant surprises, the wasting of time and money and delivery
delays.
Multi-Fastest is ideal for making preventive controls of raw materials prior
to dyeing to verify the presence of sizes or similar products harmful for dyeing
operations.
Multi-Fastest is also ideal for checking textile materials during the dyeing
process, ie. when they are still inside the dyeing machine. In just a few minutes
the results of tests are ready, and if everything is ok the material can be
sent on to subsequent finishing operations, otherwise it is given extra treatment.
This simple operation makes it possible to perform tests and checks on samples
of dye fabric that are finished with synthetic resins or other chemical products
that may have altered the dyes fastness properties after such treatments,
or to conduct fastness tests on resin finished, coated and/or coagulated (imitation
leather) products.
If all of these tests were performed using normal recommended procedures, would
require numerous and different machines and much longer processes that would
not be able to satisfy the need for speedy results.
