Interior Lifestyle USA to be launched in cooperation with World Market Center
Excitement
is building as the entire American Decorative Industry prepares for the grand
opening of the World Market Center SM on July 25 in Las Vegas. In cooperation
with the Las Vegas Market, Messe Frankfurt, Inc is finalizing plans for Interior
Lifestyle - a high-end presentation of innovative, stylish home textile and
home accent companies. The trade event and trend presentation will feature highlights
from the acclaimed Heimtextil and Ambiente trade shows held annually in Frankfurt,
Germany. The new event will be hosted in conjunction with the inaugural Las
Vegas Market on July 26-29, 2005, and will take place at the Las Vegas Convention
Center concurrent with the World Market Center temporary exhibits and the AWFS
Fair (Association of Woodworking & Furnishings Suppliers). Some of America's
most recognized labels in the high-end market, including Legacy, Peacock Alley
and SDH will participate in the inaugural edition of Interior Lifestyle, which
provides the exclusive, luxury market with a new forum to present products in
an attractive, cost-effective format.
Many more top quality companies continue to register and are expected to show
their best lines at the upcoming Interior Lifestyle USA. In addition to the
exciting, fashionable companies that will be participating, Messe Frankfurt
is also presenting some spectacular special feature areas. A central element
of these presentations will be the highly acclaimed Heimtextil Trend Pavilion.
Also presented will be the International Design Plus and Talent Show developed
by the Ambiente team. For a comprehensive insight into the trends and designs
'Made in Europe', Messe Frankfurt is bringing the top events from its Frankfurt
trade fairs to Las Vegas.
Heimtextil: Trend Pavilion
The Heimtextil Trend Pavilion was an overwhelming success in Germany earlier
this year. The current trend is called 'Longing for home' and develops last
season's theme 'Contrast in Harmony' - a return to quality, high standards,
peace and harmony.
In four impressive scenes, presented as a stage set, star designer Gunnar Frank
portrays a living feel for interior textile design: 'My Lady' and 'Aristocrat'
embody a higher style with a noble aura - 'Rebel' and 'Smart Girl' are young,
dynamic and humorous in their presentation.
The Trend Pavilion provides the color samples and popular ornamentation of the
coming season. "In the future, our houses will be more beautiful",
emphasizes Gunnar Frank, "they will become more colorful and gain their
own identity." His vision unites a retrospective of the past with the vital
rhythms of the present, thus developing the trend of the future. The Trend Show
will be produced on an impressive 8,000 square feet area featuring the four
trend worlds.
