The ZAX9100 Professional from Tsudakoma - I
 Since
its founding in 1909, Tsudakoma has led the textile industry while always satisfying
the needs of the times. Tsudakoma’s sales for jet looms is already over

of Tsudakoma’s new ZAX9100 focuses the spotlight on the cutting-edge technology

1. The Weave Navigator - “Tsudakoma”
In addition to pursuing of speed and quality, Tsudakoma developed the “Weave
Navigator” to satisfy users by actively providing them with various weaving
know-how that Tsudakoma has accumulated.
2. ZAX-N AIR JET LOOM
Tsudakoma introduced the “ZAX-N (Navi) AIR JET LOOM” employing the
world’s first “Weave Navigation System” at the SHANGHAITEX 2003.
The “ZAX series” is highly evaluated in the world’s markets for
their total abilities of speed, versatility, energy savings and fabric quality.
The current main model ZAX-N is the latest model of the ZAX series provided
with the “Weave Navigation System.”
3. ZAX9100 AIR JET LOOM
Tsudakoma introduced the “ZAX9100 air jet loom” in ITM2004 as the
precedence model of the ZAX-Navi. The advantages of the ZAX9100 are shown below:

Since establishing the speed record of 1500 rpm at ITMA 91 in Hanover, Tsudakoma
repeatedly broke their own records at international exhibitions. The ZAX9100
is the commercialized model of the prototype that demonstrated the surprising
high-speed of 1900 rpm at SHANGHAITEX 2003.
The ZAX9100 was re-thought from all the basics: the frame structure, the beating,
the weft insertion, the let-off, and the take-up motion. It is the premium air
jet loom provided with the latest Weave Navigation System. It is expected to
deal with various tasks like cost competition, QR (quick response), and the
development of new product line that will increase importance in the future.
