Product range

GOAL 1210 FINE - Straight yarn path for maximum yarn bulk level

Rieter’s new GOAL 1210 range combines the best heating system available today with the choice of three application-optimized machine configurations: FLEX, FINE and MICRO. With this innovative concept, yarn quality, production speed and flexibility can be optimized to each customers need.

Characteristic features of false twist textured yarns are high bulk, stretch and elasticity. These kind of yarns are mainly used for apparel products, e.g. skin to skin wear, hosiery, seamless wear and functional sports wear. Depending on the polymer and yarn count the texturing machine configuration has to be adapted for optimal efficiency and perfect texturing quality. Rieter’s new false twist texturing machine range GOAL 1210 includes three different machine configurations so that the texturing process can be optimized to customers needs. The GOAL 1210 FLEX gives a maximum of product flexibility while the GOAL 1210 MICRO is especially dedicated to PES micro filaments. The GOAL 1210 FINE is designed for critical applications, such as fine stretch yarn. The key feature of this machine is the straight thread path ensuring a maximum yarn bulk level. The ergonomic design provides very easy spindle threading and process operation. The new active cooling system gives ideal yarn temperatures when entering the twisting unit. The very short texturing zone without supplementary yarn guides or twist stoppers allows efficient texturing at highest speed for fine yarns such as polyamides as used in the hosiery field.

Complete tire cord and industrial yarn extrusion line

Rieter is a leading manufacturer of extrusion components to produce industrial yarns and tire cord. Every component is designed to fit into the most optimized extrusion line. Based on its process know-how and long experience in fiber spinning, Rieter has further developed the well-established extrusion process and offers now complete systems for tire cord and industrial filament with improved extrusion components. Two key-components of these extrusion systems are the new draw roll RIEVAP 54 and the new take-up winder RIEMAT CD 300HP. The RIEVAP 54 is especially designed for high draw forces and has a bigger working width. It ensures very high yarn evenness due to its perfect temperature profile. The RIEMAT CD 300HP is based on the well-established RIEMAT CD 300. The main benefits are the very high transfer efficiency and the perfect bobbin construction, which ensure a reliable off-winding in the downstream process.

New cabling machine CP 10 for best tire cord quality

The tire cord production process can be optimally completed with the tire cord cabling machine CP 10. The CP 10 sets a new benchmark in yarn quality and machine performance. The individual spindle inverter guarantees unique twist evenness between spindles, low heat loss and high machine efficiency. The power consumption can be reduced significantly due to the newly designed spindle equipment. The integrated air exhaust concept reduces the power loses and the investment in air conditioning decisively. The new bobbin labeling system allows a proper yarn quality follow-up in the frame of a Total Quality Control, which is very important in the tire production chain. The CP 10 is the ideal machine to either increase yarn quality and productivity or to replace the conventional 2-step ring spinning process by a much more economical single-step cabling process. The new CP 10 fulfills all market demands with regard to yarn quality, quality traceability, economy and ergonomics.

UT 50 - The most flexible industrial yarn twisting machine

A characteristic feature of the industrial filament business is the manifold of different applications. Each application has specific requirements on twisting machines. Rieter sets a benchmark in terms of flexibility and has reduced the production costs in developing a flexible universal twister, which allows adapting the filament features very well to the end-use. The target is to match the ring twisting flexibility with the two-for-one twisting machine performance.

A characteristic feature of this machine is the fully individual driven positions, from spindle to take-up. This feature allows to twist different products on each position, giving a high flexibility in terms of lot sizes. Also regarding yarn count and material range, his machine fulfills all requirements from 235dtex to 16000dtex due to the 733mm gauge spindle and the free balloon process ensures a perfect yarn quality. Furthermore the yarn construction, such as single end, parallel assembled yarns, first and second steps for the multi-end cabling process can be selected individually. The twist range can be varied between low and high twist levels. The UT 50 does not need a headstock, only an electrical cabinet for one or more modules. This saves floor space and permits a free workshop layout to ease the material flow. Progressive investment is now possible as no costly headstock is required to start with.

Integrated carpet production center

The integrated carpet production center is based on the idea of having one complete production plant, from raw material to twisted or cabled BCF bobbins, which is controlled by the unique supervision system M.U.S.T. Due to the unique HP texturing nozzle, proven tricolor and FLEX technology for extrusion systems and a variety of cabling and twisting machines, Rieter offers an integrated carpet production center from one hand.

PATHFINDER extrusion system

The system is of a compact design, which reduces the dimensions decisively. Due to the mirror image design, the operation area is very open and facilitates easy handling, which is accentuated by the low height of the draw panel. Thanks to the reduced color change time, the production is very flexible and can easily be adapted to market demands. The PATHFINDER Tricolor System makes the production of high quality tricolor BCF yarns possible in a one-step spinning process.

Direct cabling machine CD 10

Rieter can offer a wide range of cabling machines with different spindle gauges for different applications, such as BCF PP/PA and CF PP. The cabling machines are characterized by a robust spindle construction. The smooth yarn handling also enables the production of fine count yarns. The accurate reproducible pot yarn tensioner setting guarantees a constant yarn quality from position to position.

Two-for-one twisters DT 10

The two-for-one twisters are available with different spindle gauges and can be offered for BCF yarns as well as spun yarns. Thanks to different disk and reserve sizes, a wide range of yarn types and spindle speeds can be covered. All Rieter spindles are designed for a maximum spindle speed of 8000rpm and a take-up speed of 120m/min. These are much higher than the actual possible textile speed.

M.U.S.T: Monitoring system

M.U.S.T. is a computerized system which allows the monitoring and management of a complete textile plant on real-time information and statistics, e.g. efficiency, alarms, machines status, yarn breaks etc. The shift module is essentially based on statistical and historical data.
