Multi brake system: Bobbin holder technology for the millennium

The new innovation of Autotex Bobbin Holder is capable of processing various materials and yarn parameters by the adjustable Multi Brake System which is of four stages. This bobbin holder was launched at ITME 2004.

Features

Easier handling and simplified brake force selection system permits to change the required brake force in bobbin holder to suit any roving delivery requirements. The brake force selection in multi brake system can be changed in the creel without stopping the machine.

Fluff protectors

The quality oriented modern textile mills use fluff protectors which protects the roving bobbins from the deposition of flys during the spinning process. Autotex Fluff Protectors are produced in different colours and suitable for standard bobbin holders.

Fluff collectors

Autotex has now developed and refined the new fluff collector - the lint and fly removing tool. It gives solutions for effective reduction in cleaning time and dramatic increase in cleaning, compared to the conventional cleaning methods. The faultless quality of the textile fabric depends to a great extent on the cleanliness of various process. Though blowers are supposed to prevent the accumulation of fiber fly, lint and thread waste, the fibers remain in some places and may get loose in an uncontrolled way considerably. Removing these fibre remains in time, can only prevent defects in the product.

ABS separators

Moulded out of a specially formulated high quality ABS material (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene).

Autotex Card Cans are made from virgin quality high polyethylene sheets.

The smooth seamless cylindrical body ensures that silver damage is prevented. Comes with dust free swivel castors for maximum maneuverability.
