World class flyers from A.T.E. Industries

Within a decade of starting operations in India, A.T.E. Industries (ATEIPL) has won the distinction of being one of the world leaders in manufacturing world-class flyers. Till date, ATEIPL has supplied more than 2.2 million flyers all over the world!

In 1975, A.T.E. started manufacturing aluminium flyers in collaboration with a German company, C Eugen Maier Metallverarbeitung GmbH, the father of modern flyer technology. Since then, the company has built upon this renowned technology, constantly innovating so as to adapt its products to the changing requirements of modern speed frames. Today, ATEIPL has a very modern factory to take care of all the manufacturing processes starting from design, tool making, foundry and other flyer manufacturing processes. Our expertise in metallurgy, designing and dynamic balancing know-how has enabled us to occupy our present leading global position.

ATEIPL manufactures both ‘SYC’ (open type) and ‘AC’ (closed type) flyers in conventional execution (spindle driven) as well as the new generation suspended flyers for all popular suppliers of speed frames like Marzoli, Rieter, Zinser, Grossenhainer, Electrojet, Toyoda, Howa. The new generation speed frames invariably use the suspended execution (top driven) flyers. Being an OEM supplier, ATEIPL can replace flyers on all the machines, even if they are equipped with original flyers from Holz, Maier, Spindlefabrik Neudorf, Toyoda, and Howa. In fact, after 1994, most of the speed frames from Marzoli, Rieter and Zinser are equipped with A.T.E. flyers.

On these speed frames, we can replace the complete flyer or only the presser without any difficulty. ATEIPL can also supply all commonly used false twisters in rubber and polyurethane for all types of flyers. The company’s flyers are sold and serviced by a global network of competent and dedicated channel partners.
